Distance sales agreement

This online store of products offered by the seller on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who places an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to Buyer's order.


Delivery and payment procedure

Buyer shall order goods through this website, indicating the goods and quantity. Seller shall prepare and send prepayment invoice to specified Buyer's e-mail address. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Seller supply goods within 20 days from receipt of payment for the goods, delivery time is agreed with the Buyer.

Warranty

The Seller's online store offers goods warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's product warranty conditions.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt by sending to the Seller refusal letter. Refusal letter shall be sent by the Seller to the Buyer's e-mail by the Buyer's request. The Buyer is obliged  to return the goods to the Seller in the original package within 7 days after refusal letter was sent. All expenses incurred in respect of the goods being returned to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer.

The Buyer can not use the right of withdrawal if:
  • ordered goods by their nature can not be returned or perishable or quickly consumed;
  • has opened packed products that can not be returned by health and hygiene reasons;
  • the product after it's delivery is irreversibly mixed with other items or products;
  • if it is delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except when they are delivered in accordance with the subscription agreement;
  • ordered goods are made specifically according Buyer's specification;
  • Buyer has opened audio or video recordings or computer software packages
The Consumer Protection Law of Republic Latvia Article 12 The six paragraph says that "the Buyer is responsible for keeping product's quality and safety while refusal rights are not used during refusal period - 14 calendar days." The Seller reserves the right to refuse to use the right to refuse the goods if the goods has been damaged during the use of neglect or disregard of instructions in the product instructions or if the original packaging is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing
By entering the required information  to create the order, the Buyer confirms that s/he has read and agrees that his/her data provided are used by Seller to receive the order and make the delivery of goods according the current legislation. When entering the information in the order, the Buyer agrees that it's e-mail address will be used only to sent out notices in connection with the Buyer's order processing.
